New Masonry

• Furnish, set-up, maintain, dismantle and remove all equipment (scaffolding, forklift, tube scaffolding, ladders, hand tools, etc.) necessary for the new masonry portion of the project.

Apartment Building:

• Furnish and install modular size brick veneer (combination of Midtown and Chelsea Ironspot Velour by Glen Gery) for exterior elevations of new building, for one (1) trash enclosure (per L402), and one (1) monument sign (per L406) as per drawings using Solomon colors “X” series or Spec Mix standard color option type “N” mortar. Installed in running bond with joints tooled concave. Install soldier coursing per plans.
• Furnish and install stone caps at top of trash enclosure per plans (per L402)
• Furnish and install one (1) two-piece adjustable anchor every 16” O.C.
• Furnish and install custom stainless steel L shaped flashing with drip below terminated 40mil self-adhesive flashing at base of new veneer, at each floor, and at above openings in veneer with cell vent weeps every 24” O.C. as per drawings. Furnish and install mortar trap at flashing locations where applicable.
• Furnish and install weeps and compressible filler at top of brick veneer at wood overhang per plans.
• Furnish and install 8” CMU for three (3) elevator shafts, two (2) interior first floor trash room areas, to infill at first floor between two (2) columns at two (2) locations at existing parking garage (3hr CMU), and for one trash enclosure (per L402) per plans. CMU to be installed in standard running bond using natural gray type “S” mortar.
• Furnish and install bond beam coursing at each floor and top of walls as per structural drawings.
• Furnish and install 8” M.G. ladder wire every 16” O.C.
• Furnish and install one (1) grade 60 #5 rebar every 48” O.C. in fully grouted cells for vertical reinforcement as per structural drawings. Additional reinforcement and grouting per structural drawings.
• Furnish and install preformed gaskets for CMU control joints per plan. Caulking by others.

Retail Buildings:

• Furnish and install modular size brick veneer (combination of Midtown and Chelsea Ironspot Velour by Glen Gery) for exterior elevations of new retails buildings with one (1) trash enclosure (each) as per drawings using Solomon colors “X” series or Spec Mix standard color option type “N” mortar. Installed in running bond with joints tooled concave. Install soldier coursing per plans.
• Furnish and install 5” * 16” cast stone banding within brick veneer per plans.
• Furnish and install stone caps at top of trash enclosure per plans.
• Furnish and install one (1) two-piece adjustable anchor every 16” O.C.
• Furnish and install custom stainless steel L shaped flashing with drip below terminated 40mil self-adhesive flashing at base of new veneer, below cast stone band, and at above openings in veneer with cell vent weeps every 24” O.C. as per drawings. Furnish and install mortar trap at flashing locations where applicable.
• Furnish and install weeps and compressible filler at top of brick veneer at wood overhang per plans.
