Stucco

Furnish, set-up, maintain, dismantle, and remove all equipment (boom lift, tube scaffolding, ladders, hand tools, etc.) necessary for the stucco portion of the project.
Patch and refinish existing stucco at the top of the main 2 story building at the front elevation (Also, patch and refinish remaining stucco at the top of the main 2 story building on the rear, left, and right elevations of the building) of the building as per visual inspection.
Refinishing to consist of furnishing new base, mesh, and finish coat over existing to match existing as close as possible. Finish coat color and texture is to match existing as close as possible.
Furnish and install new sloped foam element at the bottom of the front elevation refinished sections and around the sixteen (16) windows at the front elevation refinished sections similar to rendering.
