Scope of work:
- Furnish and install cultured stone and brick on areas of exterior building veneer
- Furnish and install cast stone sills at top of veneer knee walls on garage
- Furnish and install standard gray 8” CMU’s for three (3) elevator shafts
- Erect eleven (11) MC garden column posts
- Erect two (2) monument signs using brick
- Erect 12” masonry walls using brick over CMU for one (1) trash enclosure and one (1) generator enclosure.
- Furnish and install stone shale on interior fireplaces (four (4) single fireplaces on the first floor, two (2) double fireplaces on the first floor, and two (2) single fireplaces on the second floor).
