New Masonry
- Furnish, set-up, maintain, dismantle, and remove all equipment (lift, tube scaffolding, ladders, hand tools, etc.) necessary for the new masonry portion of the project.
- Install a combination of standard gray CMU, half high Harvard Brik, Cordova stone, and thin stone furnished by others as necessary for new exterior walls on the building as per plans. Masonry to be installed in standard running bond using furnished natural gray type āSā mortar (stone in random ashlar pattern). Mortar joints are to be tooled concave, brushed, and tooled to a final finish.
- Furnish and install vertical and horizontal reinforcement and grouting within masonry units furnished by others as per structural drawings. Bond beam masonry units furnished by others.
- Furnish and install sixteen (19) control joint gaskets caulk by others as per drawings.
- Furnish and install masonry flashing systems as per drawings.
- Furnish and apply Sto gold coat behind thin stone locations as well as screwed/nailed up metal lath and scratch coat to apply thin stone furnished by others as per drawings.
