Masonry

Furnish, set-up, maintain, dismantle, and remove all equipment (forklift, tube scaffolding, ladders, hand tools, etc.) necessary for the new masonry portion of the project.
Furnish and install 6”/8” CMU for one (1) new soccer booth as per drawings (combination of smooth and split-faced CMU per plans and single score block on the exterior per plans). Block to be installed in standard running bond using natural gray type ‘N’ mortar. Mortar joints are to be brushed and tooled to the final finish. Reinforcement and grouting per plans. Painting by others.
Furnish and install bond beam top coursing per plans fully grouted with two (2) continuous grade 60 #5 rebar installed.
Furnish and install one (1) grade 60 #5 rebar every 48” O.C. for vertical reinforcement in fully grouted cells per plans.
