    Scope of work consisted of tuckpointing porch “wing” walls, base of columns and return wall adjacent to porch. Mortar joints were ground to a min depth of ¾”, brushed clean of dust and debris and tuckpointed with two (2) layers of compacted mortar.

    Scope of work consisted of installing new “thin” brick veneer and synthetic stone on garage. Custom fabricated cut limestone “keystones” were also installed above garage doors.

    Thin Brick veneer was applied to the north, south, east, and west elevations. The final coat was matched using Sonneborn standard color chart. The porch was constructed out of synthetic stone, Ashlar and Ruble Country Castle in Dakota Brown.

    Stone veneering of front entry way done in Valder’s Stone. Four columns erected at driveway entrance for porte cochere. Chimney built using 8” and 4” standard gray concrete block and 4” stone veneer; two clay pots were built on top of chimney for decoration. Windows and doors were furnished with steel lintels and cut limestone. Glass block wall installed in Master Bath with glass block chosen by the owner.

    Five stone columns were erected at the main entry of the residence. The fireplace and chimney were erected using 8” and 4” standard gray concrete block and 4” stone veneer. Stone veneering on part of the North, South, East, and West elevations and the chimney were laid in a random ashlar pattern.
