    Scope of work consisted of installing masonry for new assisted living center. Masonry consisted of cladding exterior walls on North, South, East and West elevations with modular size face brick and synthetic stone. In addition, two 92) monument signs and a trash enclosure and generator enclosure were built on site.

    Scope of work consisted of installing masonry for new apartment building. Masonry consisted of cladding exterior walls on North, South, East and West elevations with modular size face brick. In addition, one (1) elevator shaft was erected inside building utilizing 8” standard block.

    Scope of work consisted of new masonry and new E.I.F.S. of new senior living center. New masonry consisted of erecting walls interior walls for new elevator shafts, brick veneering of North, South, East and West elevations of new building and garage using Bridlewood king size brick and 510 Mingle king size face brick, garden walls trash enclosure and monument sign. In addition to brick, custom cast stone and thin stone veneer were used on project. New E.I.F.S. consisted of installing StoTherm Essence NEXT System on exterior South, West and East elevations.

    Scope of work consisted of masonry restoration to existing structure. Restoration consisted of tuckpointing two (2) elevations of building. Tuckpointing consisted of grinding out mortar joints to a min. depth of ¾”, rinsing clean of dust and debris and applying two (2) layers of compacted mortar and tooling to a smooth concave finish.

    Scope of work consisted of new masonry and new E.I.F.S. for conversion of existing structure into apartment building. New masonry consisted of erecting walls interior walls and new vestibule walls utilizing 8” block. New E.I.F.S. consisted of installing StoTherm Essence NEXT System on exterior South, West and East elevations.

    Masonry veneer walls were erected for a total of four buildings. The bricks used were a combination of Varsity and Manhatten, Tawney Beige Wirecut, and Castly Gray modular-sized face brick. Decorative elements were added such as sills, headers, and banding.

    A combination of Westminster and Harvard 70D were used to erect the masonry veneer walls. Synthetic Stone veneer was also installed to the exterior using Bucks County.

    The exterior brick veneer was erected using a combination of 2 modular-sized face bricks, Berkshire and Driftwood, and a synthetic stone, “Chardonnay” Cobblefield. Accents added to the building include casing beads, Taupe watertable sills, and trim stones.

    Masonry restoration was performed on the building to repair cracks and holes in the brick. Concrete restoration was performed on decks and columns on the South elevation of all thirty (30) floors.

    6” interior non-load bearing walls were erected on lower, ground and mezzanine level of building using a standard gray concrete block. Stone and brick veneering on the exterior elevations of the new building were done with man-made stone –“Prairie Stone”.

    This project consisted of major masonry restoration and repairs to the building. The front limestone facade of the building was chemically cleaned. Deteriorated limestone panels were replaced. Panel joints were ground out and tuckpointed. Portions of the building's parapet walls were rebuilt. Steel lintels were removed and replaced.

    The Delta, an 18-unit condominium building with first floor retail shops, began in March 2000. This picture shows completion of the masonry on the East elevation. The front facade was veneered using a combination of Renaissance Stone (base and door surrounds), pre-cast stone (cornice and bullnose banding), and Utility brick.
